Determine an arm’s length rate in minutes, following OECD guidance (TPG chapter X): swap curves per term and transaction year, synthetic rating and subordination notching — with a certified, reproducible report and full methodology.
Since chapter X of the OECD guidelines was clarified, the Dutch tax authority scrutinises intra-group interest rates more closely. A spreadsheet without sources no longer convinces: the inspector wants to know which curve, which rating methodology and which date underpin the percentage.
Jurical records exactly that. Every report states the tool version and dataset vintages, and carries a cryptographic hash anyone — including the inspector — can check publicly. The same input produces a byte-for-byte identical document years later.
